A real marathon safety glove!

The nitrile protective glove "Manu N" was specially developed as PPE (Personal protective equipment) of the highest category III for the safe use of CMR drugs (e.g. cytostatics) and for working with biological agents (e.g. fungi, bacteria, viruses, etc.)

The special material composition of these protective gloves is responsible or the unique permeation test results (penetration at a molecular level) obtained with various substances. Even very aggressive substances such as Carmustine or Vincristine are completely stopped by this protective glove for more than 8 hours.

Tested cytostatics:  Carmustine, Cisplatine, Cyclophosphamide, Cytarabin, Daunorubicin,Doxorubicin, Etoposide, 5-FU, Irinotecan, Methotrexate, Mytomycin, Oxaliplatin, Paclitaxel, Thiotepa and Vincristine. See the permeation results.

As there are no European standards concerning the resistance to viruses, the protective gloves have also been tested to the A merican standard ASTM F1671; ensuring that for applications in biological laboratories you will also be completely safe. In accordance with EN 420, the BERNER Manu N safety gloves are marked with a product-specific print on every glove shaft.

  • Safety first!

    For improved user safety (to avoid mix-ups) PPE tested protective gloves are required to have a special imprint on every glove. Apart from the manufacturer and the size, the type of glove should also be evident. In addition to the minimum legal requirement, Berner International also prints the individual lot number (LOT) on every glove. Admittedly this is slightly more laborious, but very important for your safety. 

  • "Double-gloving" ?

    The frequently used practice of  "Double-gloving" (wearing of 2 pairs of gloves on top of each other) which is often employed for safety reasons in cleanrooms, is easily possible with this type of glove, but unnecessary. That way you can keep an eye on your costs - while at the same time providing optimum protection for your employees and products.
  • Latex-free!

    The safety glove BERNER Manu N is can be used by people with latex allergies and is also suitable for "latex-free zones".
